Too Much Flow?

I have a 6 gallon jbj nanocube and i think i have too much current. One of my xenias isn't opening up. There aren't any low current spots. I tried putting filter floss in the outtake nozel(the filter pump acts as a powerhead). Also linear. Has anyone experienced this with the jbj nano cube? ANd is this too much current.

Xenias usually don't mind a lot of flow. Mine gets pretty heavy flow from the powerhead, It looks like it's getting blown around pretty hard, but it keeps growing like crazy. I have to frag it almost every month to keep the size down.

Not familiar with this tank but if you want to turn the pump down but can't then can you not put something in front of the outlet like a rock and fragment the flow from it. By dispersing the water flow it should calm the flow down somewhat.

If it's just the stock JBJ nanocube, I really doubt that the flow is too high for the xenia. It might just be your general water parameters ticking it off.

Mine is blown by a Koralia 240 in an 8 gallon. At all times. Not only does it pulse... it multiplies. I'd be more concerned about water parameters. The Xenia deal with my ever changing flow conditions without ever closing.
