Eastern PA water quality question...PA American Water

Hey Everyone!! Hope you all had wonderful holidays and your reefs are doing well!!!

 

I have an RO water question, I live in Berks County, PA. About 45 minutes NW of Philadelphia ( think monopoly, Reading Railroad, yes its an actual place).

 

We are served by PA American water. I am 99% sure they dose Chloramine. I am trying to get feedback from people regarding water quality from RO machines using their water.

 

I have been getting water elsewhere but Santa brought me an RO buddie and I want to make my own but am leery about the TDS and chloramine.

 

Any thoughts are always appreciated and welcome!!!

I'm from Western PA (North of Pittsburgh) and my city uses chloramines. I found out because I googled my city and chloromines and found an article on the website of a local news station about them. Good luck!

Thanks! I googled too and remember before I got into this getting some type of notice from the water people about chloramines. I made some water Im just super leery about mixing and using it....ugh
