Order doesn't matter. As long as their getting flow.

The chaeto however is a plant that needs space to grow and a light. People put them in a separate chamber in their sumps. Or mod their Hang on back filters to hold the "plant" and light it with a hanging over light.

I can noticed that the brown algae on the sand had gone a lot after 24 hours I put the purigen in the filter.
