Parasite on Coral Banded

At work, me and my boss were placing a coral banded shrimp in his new home when we noticed this

 

 

We are extremely confused and would love some answers It is moving and is 100% subdermal. Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated

thought maybe an Isopod, did a quick google search, if that is it, there's a you tube video on removing an isopod from a shrimp, however I didn't watch it
