rickztahone
I joined this forum a couple months ago simply because I saw a beautiful 12g Mr. Aqua tank that served as my current inspiration for my current build. Since joining, I have found many other incredible tanks that have also served the same purpose. I happened to come across this section while browsing/searching/researching stuff for my upcoming build. I love forums that have photography sub-forums. In fact, I am a moderator in a discus forum and we were able to develop it completely from the ground up with a nice group of photographers. We help fellow aquarium enthusiasts take better shots of their fish tanks I'll share a few photos I took recently of a friends tank and I will offer my help to whomever needs it with taking better shots of their aquariums. Glad to be on board, and nice to meet you all. They are both "stacked shots". Simply means, I took more than one shot, at different focus points and merged them all together on photoshop. This first one was 5 shots. It is a 400g tank, but the total volume of the tank is closer to 1,000 if I remember correctly. It is owned by Dave B. near me from RC (forum). Very nice guy and beautifully kept tank as you can see: 8 Radions to power this bad boy: 400g SW Tank Blue Lights Radions by Rick Vasquez, on Flickr FTS Full Rez by Rick Vasquez, on Flickr FTS Full Rez day lights by Rick Vasquez, on Flickr If you click on the last 2 it will take you to my actual Flickr page where you can see the full res photo. It is rather large and didn't want to post it here for size concerns. That page is my personal fish page, but not my photography page. I have that separate. Again, hello to all, and let me know if you have any photography-related questions Link to comment
