EquinsuOcha
POLL - I still cant get the polls to work. question if money wasn't an option would you use more than 1 MP10 in your 30 gallon or less and why? Link to comment
bob115
I'll have two on my 20 long once I get around to ordering a new wet frame for the second. I'd say if money was no object, maybe like 4 wireless all synched up to get a wide variety of flow. 2 on either end and 2 on the back. Link to comment
marinekeeper
One with a good sand sifting goby is plenty for me Link to comment
Elizabeth94
I had only one mp10 along with a 500gph return on my 29gallon. Plenty of flow. Link to comment
HarryPotter
I had a MP10 in my 28g with two Cobalt 1200's in the returns- flow was great. The more the merrier Link to comment
Simulated Fish
Zero..... I'm a RW-4 man lol Link to comment
spectra
One MP10 and a Sicce 1.5 for the return in my Fusion 20. Things move just fine in there. Link to comment
JP Reef
I'll have two on my 20 long once I get around to ordering a new wet frame for the second. I'd say if money was no object, maybe like 4 wireless all synched up to get a wide variety of flow. 2 on either end and 2 on the back. Same. As soon as I get the funds I am getting a second for my 20l. One is not enough to reach the other side reliably. Link to comment
TheKleinReef
When I had my 29 I just had one + the return pump pushing 400gph ish. Flow was fine Link to comment
smiz
I've got 2 on my DB 30g with a sicce 2.0. Could get away with one but the more the merrier! Link to comment
pelphrey
I have the Marineland 27 gallon cube. I am running the sicce 1.5 return pump, One MP10 and an RW4. RW4 is basically for surface agitation. Link to comment
WRX
Would 1 MP40 be a better choice than multiple MP10s? I just ordered a MP40 for my Reefer 170, display is around 34 gallons. I talked to BRS and the MP40 sounded like a better choice to get wider flow with only one powerhead in the tank. Link to comment

HarryPotter
MP40wQD does not seem like enough for my reefer 350. Link to comment
masterbuilder
I have two in my 20G Cube. Only one runs at a time, alternating current. Link to comment
EquinsuOcha
the results seem pretty wide spread... I think I will add a second one to my tank. one left one right... reason behind this... Wife and I are saving for a reefer 350. going to buy 2 MP40wQD... one left one right. I will put each mp10wQD on the back left and back right. that should make for some gyre effect with the reeflink app. Link to comment
Water Dog
I've got 2 MP10 wQDs facing each other on opposite walls in my BioCube 29 running in anti sync mode. I use a ReefLink to ramp the pumps up and down in intensity and different modes based on my lighting schedule to simulate a day / night effect. Link to comment

Water Dog
Here is my lighting schedule. Here are my MP10wQDs running on anti sync. Not sure why the numbers in the app are a little off but essentially, following my lighting schedule... 12:00am to 8:30 am - Lagoon - 20% 8:30am to 10:00am - Lagoon - 35% 10:00am to 1pm - Reef Crest - 40% 1pm to 7:30pm - Reef Crest - 50% 7:30pm to 10:30pm - Reef Crest - 40% 10:30pm to 12:00am - Lagoon - 35% I'm still cycling, so this all could change dependent upon how my livestock will react when I get to that point.
