Speaking from experience mailing large packages, reef related maxspect razors, t5 fixtures etc. I'd ballpark this at 30-50 tops depending on which carrier and delivery times. GLWS! Link to comment

I've shipped a light fixture that is the same length, but a little narrower for about $23, not including the box I had laying around. You can get a quote online with the weight of the fixture along with a rough estimate of the L x W x H, which is pretty simple, just measure the fixture and add a few inches for the packaging materials and box.
