mushrooms issue not sure

hello all my green mushroom seems to have developed a white patch in the center around the oral disk. he also has shrank considerably. nothing else in the tank seems to be in any distress including his little buddy that came on the same frag. I am trying to get a good pic but wanted to see if this sounds familiar to anyone. picture not that great sorry
