HELP- Blue Hippo Tang Ich

So i have a JBJ 45, yes i know blue hippo tang in under 100 gallons is risky, but there is a picasso clown pair, and a Hawaiian yellow tang... I recently noticed my blue hippo tang, which is maybe an inch long at tops, has tiny tiny white spots ALL OVER its body... Im definite its ich... is there any kind of treatment i can run? its a full reef tank, with tons of corals, so i know some treatments won't work... i can't get a QT up and running as i have no other tank... What should i do? Adding garlic? I feed frozen brine, and a 2 inch by 2 inch sheet of seaweed, both of those every day... She is eating and swimming like normal, very active, active eater, not rubbing against rocks.... Whats the move...
