Clown Fish adjusting to flow change...

So I have this clown fish in my biocube. He always hangs out in the one specific corner. Spends most of his time there, swimming around. Only leaves it to eat. At night I would catch him pretty much sleeping there, although I could never really tell because he would never be totally still, pretty close sometimes but as soon as he would even see anything he would start swimming around in his spot.

Anyways, So he seems to love this spot. Well I have a Hydor rotating deflector on the output, and I have been fine with this. But the other day it fell off. And I was going to put it back on, but I noticed the flow seemed to be significantly better. All over the tank the flow seemed better. the output not rotating, and my other Hydor pump pointed across the back. So I figured lets give this a try. I liked it so much I put the original nozzle back on, the thought being if I need to adjust it I could.

But I did notice one thing, my Clown Fish could no longer stay in his spot. The flow is too much and in order for him to stay there he has to be constantly moving. It is so much it has moved a fair amount of the sand there.

Is this going to be a problem or will he adjust or am I over-reacting?
