The reason I ask is that typically a fish shouldn't go from being fat to being skinny in a matter of a few days or weeks - just like a person shouldn't gain and lose large quantities of weight over short periods of time. It might be an indication that something is wrong if this is what's happening. Link to comment
magikarp Posted November 18, 2015 Author Share Posted November 18, 2015 He was fat, like the pics I posted. He went into hiding for about 3 weeks, wouldn't eat for most of that time. Got sunken in and lost color. Started eating, recovered and got fat again Link to comment
