Newstead
This was the replacement for our 14 when it sprang a leak after 3 years. The clowns, one astrea snail and green frogspawn were original to that and are 3.5 years old - everything else new to this tank. Still lots to do. .. most corals are still on plugs til I feel more secure in their placement. Any suggestions on scape and placement welcomed - interior decorator I am not! 1 Quote Link to comment

Newstead
Looking good so far. Glad to see you picked right back up after a leak. We were lucky - happened to notice it before the water was more than 1/2 inch down and our LFS is only 10 minutes away - I grabbed a bucket and got the fish and frogspawn out and my husband drove them up there while I bailed water. The great guys there boarded them for 5 weeks for us! Quote Link to comment
Newstead
8 month fts. Xenia went to the YWG/pistol shrimp's 10 gallon and was replaced by the red gracillaria. 1 Quote Link to comment

Newstead
Here's to old friends & life's changes. After 2 1/2 years with a SCA 75, we have decided to return to the 29. A move to the mountains meant the 75 had to go in the downstairs den and we found we rarely spent time there. That, combined with a long stay in ICU and NICU for our daughter-in-law & new granddaughter meant the tank was ignored and became a chore instead of a pleasure. Now that everyone is healthy we have restarted the 29 in the upstairs great room, moved the fish & surviving corals to it and are truly enjoying it again, even with battling to nurse some corals back to their former glory. Glad to be back & will post pics soon of what is left- including our original pair of clowns, now 6 1/2 years old, and our first coral, a frogspawn, still going! 1 Quote Link to comment
