Alexraptor
I've been running a Balling light setup for a few months now that's worked great. But I've run into a little snag as the finished solution I'm using is proving to expensive in the long run. So instead I've decided to buy Fauna Marin balling salts in bulk and mix It up with RO/DI water myself. Only problem is math isn't my strong point, and I kind of want to try to mix the stuff to the same balance as what I have been using already so I don't need to reconfigure my doser. So the pre-mixed stuff I've been buying in the past is as follows. Alk: 50 ml raises the carbonate hardness by 2 kH in 100 Liters of water. Calcium: 10 ml of the solution contains 200 mg of immediately available calcium. So how do these translate into Fauna Marin's Calcium and Carbonate salts? Link to comment
