Murphs_Reef
... Apart from the tank it's self what's the one bit of kit you couldn't live without? Mine has got to be my super long grabber, never again do I need to put a hand in the aquarium. Link to comment
HarryPotter
Razors. Love em. Buy a 200 pack from eBay for $10 and throw them out when you're done. Clean glass, frag, use for LED wiring, etc Edit: Super Glue, NanoMag, Julien's Thing, & band aids. I always cut myself somehow in the tank haha Link to comment
GHill762
"bit of kit.." I always get so confused by that expression. magnetic glass cleaner. or super glue gel. Link to comment
RK_tek
Toothbrush. To complement my mag scraper and turkey baster. I clean the corners of the tank and along the sand bed with it. I scrub rocks to remove algae. I clean my skimmer with it Link to comment

Pinner Reef
Magic eraser on the inside or out? Both, It is prolly the best way to clean acrylic without scratching. Link to comment
Mirya
My super long plastic pipette: Way cheaper than Julian's Thing or any of those other fancy feeding tools. I use it for feeding and detritus blowing. Most of my fish get excited when they see me holding the pipette and will take food directly from the end. Link to comment

Mirya
LOL where did you get it from? I actually got it from Exotic Aquatic in Ft Lauderdale when I was down visiting my in-laws. I've also bought a few replacements from Dirk's. Dirk's is a traveling aquarium supply shop. He sets up at frag swaps. The link has his e-mail. I don't know if he does e-mail orders. You can also search for "transfer pipette" on Amazon. You can get a box of 100 of the long ones for $15! Link to comment

Hig789
Magic eraser on the inside or out? The original Magic Eraser only. No chemicals. Tons of people use them, no scratches. Won't remove coraline though. That's what the credit card is for. Both, It is prolly the best way to clean acrylic without scratching. ^yep Link to comment

SquishyFishy
My battery operated syphon and my Big Vision magnifying glasses like on the TV ads. You get 2 sets for $14.99 along with 2 little LED light clips which we use all around the house and on trips, you can clip them to anything and they are enough to find the bathroom at a hotel etc. Murphy, where do you get your grabber? Just so you don't have to "suck to start"? Link to comment
SquishyFishy
Yes, I spoke about it on here a couple weeks ago and showed a pic of one. Couldn't live without it now that I've used it for WCs. It will siphon 5 gals in about 2 minutes. I got mine at Home Depot but they are online too. Link to comment
