Stocking 55 Gallon Reef

So while building my 90 I got an offer for a reef ready 55 gallon tank with 20 gallon fuge. I am trying to get an idea what I could stock in it. Here is what I have so far.

 

2 Clowns

1 - 2 Flasher Wrasse

Long nose hawkfish/flame hawk

Orchid dotty back (maybe)

 

Questionable stocking? Want to pick one of the following as the showpiece fish.

 

Coral beauty

Flame angel

Rusty angel

Tomini Tang

Kole yellow eye tang

 

Any other recommendations are welcome. It's very important to me that the fish have proper living conditions. I have heard a lot of mixed discussion about keeping any of these fish in a 55g and I want to make we sure my new friends will happy.

I picked up a Rusty angel about 7 months ago for my 75 gallon..... I now have a 75 gallon tank with one fish.

I might skip out on the rusty then. I saw one at the lfs and liked the look of it.

Maybe a coral beauty then? I have read that flame angels can be fragile. Does anyone know if coral beauties are caught by poisoning? I want to stand against this practice by not purchasing fish caught with this method.

To complicate things I would really love to keep cleaner shrimp and clams. I know its a crap shoot with angels and clams so I am looking for another fish we could possibly add instead.

Another possible showcase fish could be a Melanurus wrasse or a close relative. Or a sunburst anthias.

Thanks for replying! Now that you say it I would love to have an Anthias. You just helped me a ton. Makes me feel a lot better not trying to squeeze a tang into a small tank.
