Jorgieee
I was wondering If I would be able to put a coral beauty angelfish and flame angelfish together in a 42 gallon tank without them going at each other Link to comment
Jellyingabout
Can't see them going at it in a tank that size although you'd have to add them at the same time. Link to comment
Squared
it can be done, but certainly not in a tank your size. im no expert, but just google the topic and you will get your answer. Link to comment
Neebles
I agree, tank is too small for both Link to comment
Jellyingabout
Coral beauties and flames are both two of the smallest angels though? and colouration is very different which tends to help. I've seen two different dwarf angels get along in much smaller tanks like 30g (not that its very humane) when they have both been added young and at the same time. Two dwarf angels will chase each other in a 450g if they go in Separately. Reading online experiences, there's mixed opinions, plenty have got it fine in small tanks and plenty have them fighting in 450g tanks. So i dunno, i don't think tank size is the major factor. Cencalfishguy56
Tank size always isn't, I agree with you jelly they are dwarf Angels and as long as you add them at the sametime as juveniles they will tend to have a different temperament towards each other compared to if added at different times Coral beauties and flames are both two of the smallest angels though? and colouration is very different which tends to help. ndrobey
They should be young. It's kind of like cats and dogs. Get a young kitten and a young puppy, raise them together and they will get along fine together. Get an old dog and an old cat and they will rarely get along. Link to comment

I agree they would get along best if you got them both as babies at the same time. Link to comment
