Hair worms? Crawling up the glass...

I found this on a little pico I just started. I am hoping these are harmless hair or spaghetti worms that are trying to reach the more oxygenated water at the surface.

I took a picture and a video. Their legs remind me of those sticky hand party favors that stick to surfaces you trow them on.

The video can be watched up to 1080p for better resolution.

Warning some of you may find the music on the video annoying. Judicial use of the mute button is advised!

It is. It's like they have rubber band arms.

But what is it?

Fascinating how they can work together like that.

imo those look like spaghetti worms.. as for why they are out of their holes in the rock and on the glass.. I have no idea.

Flippin' strange man... Can't say I've ever seen a nice picture of these crawling around outside of tubes or holes in rocks.

The species I have in my tanks are dark yellowish to orange. I am not sure why they leave the sand and rock but I do see them on my glass from time to time. Arrow Crabs love to munch on these guys.

I have these in clusters on some places in the rock and in the sand. Seen a few get on the glass also.
