Bingo1213 Posted April 9, 2015 Share Posted April 9, 2015 So tonight I found my blackline blenny dead against my mp10. This is very strange because I tested the tank and all is well. He is not new I have had him for around 6 months now and he was eating like a pig even yesterday. This morning too he was doing great! He showed no signs of parasite or infection either. All the other fish in the tank look to me to be healthy. I am just worried that what ever killed this one will spread to my others! Is there something that can kill a fish with absolutely zero symptoms? I haven't even added any new fish for a good 2 months now. He also seemed pretty intact with no signs of "fowl play" from any other fish. But the truth is we rarely know how old a critter is. This one may have been at the end of its lifespan and had a heart attack or stroke or something. Link to comment

He ate that morning and was his normal self, came home and he was dead. That was about a month ago and all the other fish are still thriving. Really odd how sometimes they just kick the bucket for seemingly no reason. Link to comment
