The only thing that I don't like about them is that they don't have a very good acan lord selection. I would love for them to start carrying rainbows and other colors but they only have the blue and red ones. I already have one and now have another frag on the way. Link to comment

Yea, I lost two mushrooms and one of the palys but thankfully I was able to find replacements. Not as nice but still solid. Can't wait until tomorrow. I actually snagged a red monti today from a local guy. It's currently being dipped and then I'll toss it on a chunk of rock. Link to comment

There was a weather delay and they are schedule to deliver the package on Monday and therefore I'd be surprised if anything is even alive when it gets here. Link to comment

The worst part is that the package is 30 minutes away from me but according to UPS, the processing and sorting will not allow the package to be ready until Monday. So all of the processing and sorting that would have been done in a matter of hours this morning if it had arrived at the regular time now takes a whole weekend to do. Bye bye corals. I'm not really sure what's going to happen. I am waiting on a response from Salt Critters. I sent them a message earlier and they told me to contact UPS and try and pick it up myself which was a great idea but UPS won't let me. I just sent them the transcript and hopefully I'll hear back from them again soon. Link to comment

I have managed to get them to let me pick things up that were misrouted and even go find a truck on the road that said I wasn't home when I was. It is a royal PITA but it can be done. If you have the time to deal with it and can go to the facility that has the package you can sometimes convince them to give it to you. I'd try and call first, but good luck finding the actual phone number for the location. 1-800 UPS will usually not give it to you. Link to comment

I just called and it turns out that they have delivered the package to a local office (5 minutes from me) and I will be able to pick it up later on today. I called the Raleigh Customer Center and she is going to give them my phone number so that they can call me when it is ready for pick up. It will get here about 8 hours lately probably but hopefully they all survive. Warning to everyone, the online live chat people know nothing!!!! Link to comment
