Modify steve's leds on bc29

I think I blew the drivers on my setup, which will require remroval of the lighting assembly. Current setup is (14) rb, (8) 4k Nw, (6) b. I set this up about a year ago. I have some shading in front and rear of my tank. So I thought I could add a tube on both sides of my current array and spread the lighting around a bit. Also updating color scheme. I don't need to add much lighting to front and back, but some. I'm looking for great coral coloration. I'm thinking about just drilling 3/4" holes in the existing tubing near the fan side for cooling of the new tubing.

 

Also my fan runs constantly. Could a malfunctioning fan regulator stop my leds from coming on? I have proper voltage from typhon controller, 24v from ps, and no voltage at led strings. I don't know how to check any more than that on the driver . Except that I disconnected the controller leads and flipped the dip switches, still did not light.
