Help Needed - Which Bulb? Ordering Tonight Hopefully

I'm looking to get a LED bulb for my sump. I'm not running a refugium so I'm going to turn that middle section which is currently empty into a frag tank (reason for more corals...). The section is about 14" from left to right, 13 inches from front to back, and about 8" deep. The color on these bulbs isn't ideal but I can't afford to go off and get some $60+ bulb that has more blues. These run a 2:1 ratio of whites to blues and should be able to grow corals just fine even if they may not look the best under these lights. I'm NOT going to be doing any SPS corals and will be collecting mostly zoas and LPS frags. My options are 15,21, 27, and 36 watt bulbs. Each of them is running 3 watt bridgelux LEDs.

EDIT: Nvm, thought you meant refugium, the one you have is ok, but don't expect great color or a long lifespan.

You don't want it to be similar to display lights, you want red. If you need cheap, then look at this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Full-Spectrum-15w-21w-27w-36w-54w-E27-Bulbs-LED-Hydroponic-Plant-Grow-Light-Lamp-/141277776616?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&var=&hash=item20e4cfcae8

Don't expect much lifespan out of the higher wattage ones, though.

Why red for a frag tank?? Do you even read the actual questions ? Lol

The 60* optics might be a little tight , but if you have the space in the stand to raise them up a little you might be ok

I put an eye hook into the top and put a loose knot in the cable to hang it. This way I can adjust how high I want it. The tank itself is 40" tall, sump is 4-5" off the ground so I'm looking at about 25-30" of room to work with for the tank. One more question, I found the following bulbs that include a pair 517.5nm green LEDs, ship from china (negative), and are slightly more expensive. Would these be worth it the extra price and wait time or should I just go with the blue and white ones I listed above?

Just adding green doesn't really do anything other than make some disco. You want the white LEDs to be at least neutral, if not warm, and include some regular blue (460-470nm) in addition to royal blue (440-450nm).

In that case I think I'm going to just get the 36 watt version of the one I linked originally.
