newf99
Wondering if anyone has ever developed a biotope Malaysian reef tank. My better half is from Kelantan, Malaysia and I must say that the reefs on the east coast of Malaysia are absolutely spectacular. I'd love to see biotope reef tanks; especially those of Indonesia/Malaysia. I have a good mixed reef nano tank going now but in September I will be moving back to Malaysia and likely starting a reef tank there. Link to comment
Mirya
I haven't seen one, but that isn't to say it wouldn't exist. It sounds like a fantastic idea! Link to comment

Snow_Phoenix
Do it, also doesn't Shadow Lurker live in Malaysia? Yep, I do. Most of my livestock come from the Indo-malaya region. Although I do occasionally get stuff from the Red Sea and Hawaii as well. Link to comment

Snow_Phoenix
Buy through my LFS. I only harvest macro and some CUC such as snails and hermits once or twice a year from Port Dickson. You need a permit and diving license to catch fish/harvest certain corals from East Malaysia. Link to comment
