spectrapure DI question

I emailed spectrapure my question, but over a week and no response so I thought I would try here.

 

I recently ordered a DI-SB-10HC (non-color changing) to replace my DI resin in my system. The resin inside the canister all looks brown instead of how my past resin and picture on the website shows 1/3 one color and 2/3 the other color. Is this normal?

Yes, the Silicabuster HC non-indicating is all one color.
