dworf sea horse

If it really is a dwarf seahorse, h. zosterae , then yes, it would be ok, provided you give it some live baby brine shrimp every day. However, based on the color description and the price, I highly doubt that it is a dwarf seahorse. The only orange seahorse I can think of are reidis, and these would get way too big you your 3 gallon. You should do more research, as seahorses are delicate animals, with difficult care requirements.

It is a challenging creature to keep but so rewarding at the same time. I would recommend reading everything you can and checking out the sea horse thread. If you would get pics that would be amazing

$75? I doubt it is a dwarf . Agree with voice of reason. Research more before purchase.

Dwarfs don't need a lot of room. Actually, Pico tanks are optimal. Regular seahorses need at least 20-30 gallons high tanks.
