Is this ich on my neon goby

I'm not sure can anyone help me and if so any thing to help I do shabe qt tank but it's not completely cycled I heard garlic helps. So please anything helps.

 

P.s my shrimp died over night.

melafix can help yeah out. And there are other decent ich medicines as well that can help out. The problem with them though, is that copper levels can kill inverts and snails. Usually separating them in a QT would be advised. Sometimes they help, sometimes they dont. I have always had success with meds though.

 

I have lost fish in a day or so due to ich so you gotta watch out.
