Starting a 11 gallon reef tank

Hi I am getting back into having a reef tank I had larger 90 gallon years ago but it's been a while. I plan on using about 20 pounds of dry key largo rock from macrorocks and 20 pounds or so of live sand. I am also going to use the aqua via light with 2x18watt 50/50 PC bulbs. I am thinking of adding 2 12" inch long reefbar led strips that put out 9 watts each one 2:1 12k white/453 nm actinic blue and one all 453 nm actinic blue to the light fixture to increase the overall output. It will have a 75 watt Eheim heater set at 79 and a Hydor Nano 240 for circulation. I am also adding a CPR HOB aquafuge 2 small. I am not sure what pump yet to get with that. I will be adding some marco algae and rubble rock along with miracle mud. Also will be putting Purigen and Phosguard into the refugium. Any advise would be helpful.
