I purchased the 20lb box. My box contained 4 very large (at least to me) pieces. The smallest piece was 6x8 and the largest about 8x 9". They look nothing like the picture.

 

They were in a sealed Caribsea box. Each piece wrapped in a brown paper wrap and completely dry. Other than that, it look nice.

 

It's a mystery to me if any so-called live bacteria can survive on dry rocks.
