jestep
What's your lighting and what do you test PO4 and NO3 with? It may just be an acclimatization issue. I've had some coral brown out and take months to recover even though it was growing the whole time. Beyond that, nutrients and lighting are most common browning reasons I've come across. opaquelace
Your lighting might be plenty for it to survive but there are certain fixtures and bulbs that will make a coral brighter as well as survive. If it's brown you might not have enough light on the blue/violet spectrum. So while it may live and even thrive it may not look how you want. Link to comment

You need new or better test kits. I am pretty positive your phosphates and nitrates aren't zero. Link to comment
