NanoBox or ATI PM for Fusion 30L

Ok so I am setting up a Nuvo Fusion 30L. Interested in what people think about the old LED vs T5 debate that is still raging. I have a loaded tank already with high end corals running 2 radion pros over it now but want to sell one of those and use the other to run a frag tank.

Nano Box Quad is $650

ATI Power Module $550 with bulbs.

Post what you would do or have had success with.

I am running one gen 3 pro radion at 35% with wide optics about 16" to the top of the water line with great results over my fusion 30l light coverage seems great

While both are 100% valid and will work equally well...

The Quad has a controller, including dimming and color control options, and has a long life expectancy.

The ATI is cheaper up front, but you must replace bulbs every 6-9 months, excluding any you accidentally drop/break. Then there is the energy efficiency. You probably won't notice a ton of difference in your energy bill, but the ATI will use more power than the Quad, which will increase the cost of ownership in the long term.

Ultimately it's up to you. If I were you, I'd save my money for a few more weeks and then buy the Quad.
