Im starting a new one and i just wanted to see what you guys are running in the media baskets, live rock in the back, chateau . Just really want some good ideas to start mine off right. AbeHeinkel Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 I had a 29 gal I made rimless and all I ran in the back was filter floss (cotton for catching small debris) and chemipure. That combo really did the job. Link to comment

Filtration is as follows; right overflow, fine filter floss, coarse sponge, chemipure, and chaeto refugium with reverse daylight schedule. Left overflow pls-50 cadlights skimmer and filter floss to catch debris before entering skimmer. Feel free to check out my build thread and ask any questions. Link to comment
