Long story short my original CAD 8 which I keep in my office leaked while I was out on vacation with the gang rafting in the Nantahala. I will be using basically the same sand and lr from the original tank, my plans for stocking the tank are LPS,some shrooms and maybe a RBTA OR LTA. One thing that I would like to point is the service / response from the CAD team stepping up and sending me a new tank in a timely manner kudos to Jason and Scott.
Hope you enjoy my tank.

Tank: Cadlights Mini-II 8g
Lighting: Stock 2:1 blue/white LED unit (painted black) to be replaced with a Nanobox
Filtration: Stock black sponge & live rock in the back chamber
Maintenance: Weekly 20% water changes

Misc: IM Stream Nuzzle and 50 wt heater (back chamber)
Salt: IO-RC

Here's a pic of the CAD before it leaked:

Here we go.. water,salt & sand has been added a mini sandstorm on the corner of the tank due to stream nozzle I have to figure out aquascaping to avoid this issue. :(

Quick update;

I just received from a friend his beloved 5yr Ocellaris pair, the female (misbar orange) is close to 3" and the male is a full black & white (2 1/2 ").I'm contemplating to add this well established pair to the tank, just kidding. ;) I already have the original resident (Photon female) and a male Picasso in the tank. :wub:

Nanobox is in placed and damn that thing is bright B) . The lamp quality is superb/amazing :bowdown: , now I need to have the corals use to this light. Any recommendations as photo period? I have the light running for 6 hrs with a 1/2 hr off after 4 hrs running.The Grandis are stressed (closed)due to the light change though the rest of the corals are not stretching at all :wub:
