Aqualara
I have a lot of orange and purple ones, and they're kind of annoying. What's up with them? They keep surrounding and attempting to suffocate my dendros. No matter how many times I scrape them off and rinse/dip my dendros, the tunicates always come back! Anyone else have this problem? hypostatic
Post a pic. Mainly cuz I wanna see your dendros and tunicates lol They're probably growing there because the area is high in nutrients from feeding your dendros Link to comment
Aqualara
Sure thing, but please excuse my photo skills. iphone photos, and everything always looks blue unless I use flash. And then it just looks terrible. The tunicates are the purple things smothering the bottom two polyps. The purple blob has many siphons, though you can't tell from my horrible photos. http://s406.photobucket.com/user/oboedoctor/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zps9b0e1ce5.jpg.html'> http://s406.photobucket.com/user/oboedoctor/media/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsdd6212c6.jpg.html'> Link to comment
hypostatic
Hmmmm are you sure it's not a sponge? A sponge would grow back unless all of it was scraped off. I think they're able to regenerate from just a few cells Link to comment
