Quick Review of Coralife Biocube Media Basket

First, incredibly fast to the UPS people....ordered at about 4:00 and it left same day....nice.

 

Second, the basket is very well built....really neat. Coming from using the Stock Innovative Marine basket in my old tank, this thing is so nice.

 

Third, such a much better way to filter the tank. Granted, if you wanted to use the bio-balls that come stock the stock filter would work okay.....but not really. The water was running around the filter and wasn't even getting to the middle and far ends (the filter lays horizontal to "rain" across the bio-balls) to "rain" over all of the bio-balls. This set up looks much better.
