tube worm? feather duster? ID please~

It is so small I have no idea what is it, I think it is just taking shelter of the empty snail shell.
It has two tentacles.

would love to know what it is thanks (even I think it is harmless) :)

I have these too attached to live rock. I think they are just filter feeders. I also have similar ones in my sand bed like yours that have much finer hairs.. come out at feeding time. :)
