cpreefguy
Hi all, I had intended on setting two tanks up at the same time, but have decided to just focus on setting up the Reef Savvy tank that I will be getting soon and need to sell off some equipment that I won't be using. These Ledio spotlights and stands were imported from Japan and are brand new. If you have read about these on the forums and blogs such as GlassBoxDesign and ReefBuilders, you know that they are very powerful and extremely hard to get. I hate to part with these, but don't think I'll be using them in the near future. Perfect opportunity to get something unique for your reef! 9watt bulbs: $125ea 1x Pearl UV3 1x Deep UV3 1x Aqua400 UV 1x Deep400 UV 2x Mystery Purple 4x Ledio9 Clip Stands (silver) - $45ea. 27watt bulb: $210 1x Reef White 2x Ledio27 Clip Stands (silver) - $55ea I also have 1x New NanoTuners 15w 12k Spotlight (first version) - $70 I will ship via USPS Priority and will be very reasonably priced. Angel<3Nanos
Are these like par bulbs? Whats the difference? Link to comment
cpreefguy
Yes, that is correct. The difference with these bulbs is the awesome color temperatures and they were imported directly from Japan. I have used and handled many par bulbs, but the quality of the Ledio bulbs is just fantastic. Link to comment

Adam_Bobomb
Mmm Japanese spotlight goodness... lol, that looks ridiculous. It's obviously working though. Link to comment
cpreefguy
Ha. The Japanese style definitely leans towards letting all of the equipment sort of hang out there rather than hiding everything away. Link to comment
Mustang Boy
lol, that looks ridiculous. It's obviously working though. The japanese style is also using spotlights to highlight indiviual corals and/or indivindual sections of the tank instead of having light equally across the entire tank. Link to comment
