Howsabout a CHILLER?

Looking for a reasonably-priced chiller. I know that's crazy. But I'd like to set up a coldwater tank, 35 gallons, and I don't really want to mess with DIY unless I absolutely can't get the chiller. Iceprobes are way too small for this, and, from what I've gathered from reading up on the issue, so are those Titan thermoelectric peltier chillers. But I think a 1/10 HP would be enough, right? Maybe?

I can buy outright, but I also have lots of equipment to trade, as well as some nice corals. ...That includes a very nice red-polyp blue Montipora danae I'd be willing to fragment...
