My DIY CCFL Moonlights

Read a thread about using blue PC case mod lights to create "moonlights". I've had my 24g Nanocube DX setup for about 2 weeks and never really liked the 2 LED's. No coverage and way too artifical looking. So I went to Fry's Electronics and bought a Vastech CCFL kit (CCFL2BU)($14.95). The kit comes w/ 2 CCFL blue lights, the inverter and a switch. The REALLY neat thing is that the switch is the same switch as the one for the stock LED's! I installed the switch in the left side after knocking out the plug. Perfect fit and looks good. I mounted the inverter under the back reflector and one tube above the vents and the other tube in front of the splash guard. The power supply I bought is a COBY CA-979 ($11.95)with selectable voltages. Here is a pic of the tubes installed.
