Just set the tank up last night to start cycling. i will post pics soon as my wife gets home with the camera Thanks for your interest and i look forward to your comments! Tank: Aqueon Evolve 4 Lighting: Stock "for now" Equipment: Stock filter until after Cycle then will be Chemipure Elite and maybe purigen too? 4 lbs Live Rock 1 1/2 inch Black Sandbed Stock return pump (98GPH) 25w Stealth heater I want to keep mainly, Acans, Zoas and some "hardy" sps like birdsnest etc. Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated Link to comment

Black Sand, i didnt like it Welp still cycling, i added this stuff called start something from API, not sure how it will work but i hope it helps start the cycle it says it will on it. anyone ever used it?? anyways my Ledtric bulb should be here tomorrow! QuickSilver525 Posted April 19, 2013 Author Share Posted April 19, 2013 UPDATE! tank finished cycling about a little over a week ago. added some coral from my biocube and my par30 light. (love it) but ya everything is going great, have coraline growing on my rocks now, CUC is in and added a fish as well! CUC is 4 hermits, and 4 snails. Fish is small green chromis once he starts to grow big i will be transfering him to my biocube HERE'S SOME PICS! HOPE YALL LIKE IT! Link to comment

QuickSilver525 Posted May 28, 2013 Author Share Posted May 28, 2013 i have actually lowered it, its actually 14 inches off the sandbed and 7 inches off the water. i love this par30 bulb from ledtric its pretty awesome a really cool blue color too i have since changed stuff in this aquarium i will post piocs soon Link to comment
