  1. Alright everyone, I pulled the trigger on the 20g and ordered some dry rock as well. any recommendations for a great testing kit?
  2. I just purchased a Nuvo 20G tank and opted out of the package that includes the lights. Nuvo offered single cycle lights which I don't care for. Can anyone recommend a great light set up for under $200? This is my first tank, therefore i will be keeping beginner corals and fish for a while until i become more experience and knowledgeable. Thanks
  3. I love this information as I will be setting up my Nuvo 20g tank soon.
  4. Hello everyone, I was thinking about purchasing the Fluval 13.5 however it is my first tank and felt it would be easier to learn and maintain and learn with a 20g. my goal is to learn about corals and have minimal fish (2 clown and a clean up crew), I want to start with live rock and sand but still not sure if this is the right thing to do as a first timer. so now my question, Do I purchase the Nuvo kit that comes with (2) SKKYE Lights Aquarium LEDs (single cycle) or just get the tank and purchase lighting separate? Please keep in mind this would be my first tank. I will continue to read and research, I just want to make sure i am not spending double. Thanks in advance

The most recent tank I had was a 40g Tropical set up with few Angel Fish. When I moved I tore it down and gave it away. Looking for something that is going to pop. (Beginner set up ofc)
  6. Hi everyone, My name is Angel and I have been lurking these forums forever, I finally worked up the courage to make an account and start up my own nano reef tank. I have been intrigued by the idea for years and have read multiple books as well as watched thousands of videos on youtube. I am finally going to start up a 10 gallon reef tank and make the long term commitment. Hopefully all this lurking and research pays off Best Regards
