Calm down Bro ! Im feeding Brightwell phyto greens for him, I know hes small and what to feed him up If you read what i said .....I have heard mixed reviews on Phytoplankton for clams when young whether its really needed so using this forum (like most normal people do) to get advice...... I wont always just rely on shops advice, I also will seek advice from fellow reefers who have many clams before ....... Also with my comment on him flipping i understand they do this but was not aware they would do it so soon Any more problems ?

Thank you RayWhisperer Hasn’t moved again since the flipping and helping him up. He is on the mid level of the rock where I would like him to be so hopefully he will enjoy that area too. Still on the rock frag so hopefully easier to move the surface under him if he’s not doing well in that area. Thanks for the identity view Any advice on feeding as it’s very small only an inch and a half ? Heard phytoplankton but mixed reviews on if that really benifits

Also just seen the clam flip over not too long after lights out ? Helped him back up Is he trying to move and find his spot? Was nice and firm on the rock frag when he entered the tank Looks nice an open seems to be doing well. Nothing strong enough to knock him over i dont believe
  10. Got my first clam today 🤗 the shop has said its a cross between Crocea and Max came from a clam farm where they are all mixed ? Anyone seen this before and can offer any advice on care? Grooves look very Max....?

Hows the Sps going ? Any tips for flow for them ? I have been following your tank and seem to have the same problem with sps. Seems to be the only corals which dont seem to thrive but see your montis have been with you for awhile now😀 Also when you keep moving your corals how do you get them off your rock scape? Are you using bone cutters ?

What colour is your candy cane is it meant to be ‘neon green’? Looks amazing and I have found a neon green candy cane for sale wondering if it will look like yours ? Love the tank - following

Oh no did he jump in the back then ? sad news this has happened to me before but luckly no death. Just added a acrylic top cover as removed my all in one lid awhile ago and then my goby jumped out a few weeks ago.
  14. Thank you everyone for your replies I agree my phosphates and nitrates are creeping up and pleased to hear If I have a fish and feeding him then this will be feeding my corals. Wanted to target feed them as I enjoying interacting with them in this way and hope this will boost growth as some seem to be growing incredible slow. I think my schedule seems to be way to much if others are successful with much less food on bigger systems. About the phyto- I thought that would be good for corals in the long run filter feeders etc and wanted to keep my copepods fat and healthy as hope to build a little refugium for macro algae in the back soon as may possibly get a mandarin one day been considering it as my tank is 2+ years old and is crawling with copepods and amiphipods and looking for a beautiful fish. As its been mentioned that my phos and nitrates high- I will lower my feedings and monitor, However if i were to get a refugium I assume this will help ?? + help house a nice copepod area ?? Thanks again
