  1. Good point. Some kid that goes to the high school near my house drives one of those. I got online and looked at them and they're about 140k. Lucky kid!
  2. I thought you told me to stay away from Subies a while back, no?
  3. Yeah, that really sucks. It takes a special kind of shithead to abuse/neglect a dog. We got a second dog about 6 months ago (little mutt that my daughter fell in love with at the local animal shelter where she volunteers). My boxer never barked at anything until we got the new dog. Now they're best buds and the boxer is super protective of him. I never thought he would be aggressive toward anyone (the boxer) but I dare a mf'r to walk in my house unannounced now. They probably wouldn't make it 2' past the door. Anyway, the boxer barks a lot now but we bring him in immediately once he starts. How quiet is it? I want the quietest car known to man that costs less than 30k (used). My wife's car has a 2.0 turbo and I was shocked at how much power it has. Turbo lag kinda sucks though, and so does the 19 mpg she gets.
  4. Sweet car! My age is definitely showing here, but I've been thinking about getting one. My truck is getting pretty old and will likely soon be designated to be a work/beach only vehicle. Just not sure if i'm quite old enough to pull the trigger on a Caddie. They seem to drop value like a rock so I could probably pick one up that's 2-3 years old for next to nothing. I really should. Our neighbors behind us got a beagle that they leave outside all day, and most of the night. That dog does this half bak/half howl thing CONSTANTLY. It kinda sucks living here right now lol.
  5. Makes sense. We have new neighbors and their cat takes huge dumps in my yard. I hate that cat.
  6. Am I the only one that thinks it looks like Lawn is trying to hide a few dead bodies in his backyard under that mound? lol
  7. Thanks x2! I'm loving the new site features. Still checking it all out but so far, so good!
  8. In my experience, yes, it is possible to use too much carbon. Usually resulting in zoas closing up tight first, then various LPS doing the same.
  9. No need to use flickr anymore either, sweet!
  10. Second one looks like a Duncan.
  11. Logged on with the first attempt and haven't been kicked off by the spinning beachball of death yet! New look nano-reef is awesome! Also, hi kids! I heard this thread got locked, what happened?
  12. I crashed my browser 6 times just to log in (my computer hates nano-reef, safari freezes basically every time I try to log in) and say thank you for posting this. Something like this could happen to any of us at any time. I'm glad I could contribute and it's really nice to see such a positive response in such a short period of time from everyone. Nearly $8k in 2 days, that's awesome! At this rate it won't be much longer until the goal is met. Obviously JBM has bigger issues to worry about right now, but once the dust settles and if/when he gets another tank up and running I know a guy that can help get it stocked up, free of charge. I'm pretty much a ghost on here these days but that's an open offer and when the time comes there are plenty of people that know how to get in touch with me. Shouldn't be too hard.
  13. Me too. I always listed these as "no namer discosoma" and sold them for around 20 bucks on average. However, "Cheetah panties" typically sell for closer to $50. Most went for right around $20. I'm sold out, just have the ones that are in my 40 now.
  14. "Cheetah Panties". That's what all the kids on the face book are calling them. Here's mine, I've had them in my 40 for a couple weeks now .
