  1. My pink skunkclown is crazy!

i just bought a pink skunk clown and he is crazy! For all of you clown fish lovers out there, you should definately pick one of these up. He is hosting is one of my mushrooms since he can't go into my anenome! He is so cool and i will definately post picks when i can of his strange habits!
  2. coral beauty

Jusy give it time. How long has he been in your tank for? mine only started to eat after a couple of days. now it eats like a maniac!
  3. Green Lobo

This is one of my favorites
  4. Reef_a_roni's reef

This is the first full tank shot that i have ever taken... Hope you guys like it
  5. Reef_a_roni's tank

No it's a green lobophyllia. It only just started to color up. it was almost brown for the first two weeks i got it
  6. anyone keeping frogspawn in their nano?

ok, the loghts you have are not bad for candycane.i have some under my PC's and they are doing great!!! I did notice however, that if the calcium level is not high enough ( between 400-450 ppm) then the coral's health starts to decline. i would get a calcium test kit. Also, there is no need to acclimatize corals to the tank water chemistry. The only thing that could affect them is the temperature. So don't think that your acclimatization tactics are responsible for declining conditions
  7. Reef_a_roni's tank

    Hope that you like it!!!!
  8. anyone keeping frogspawn in their nano?

frogspawns, in my experience like a bit more current. where do you have him in your tank and what are the lighting conditions?
  9. Sun Coral

sorry i didnt even realize that it was on!!!
  10. Hard and soft corals in the same nano

good point. there are alot of factors that will contribute to what you should and could keep
  11. Cloudly Water

I HEARD THAT SOMETIMES IN THE LIVE ROCK THERE COULD BE A SPONGE THAT IS DYING AND THAT CAN SOMETOIMES CAUSE CLOWDY WATER. i ALSO WANT TO KNOW, HOW LONG DID YOU ACCLIMATIZE YOUR FISH AND YOUR SHRIMP?
  12. Sun Coral

NOT NECESSARILY... MY SUN CORAL HAD 3 HEADS THAT DIED RIGHT AWAY WHEN I GOT IT BUT THEN THE OTHER HEADS DIDN'T DIE AND EVENTUALLY THE HEADS MULTIPLIED AND IT STARTED TO GET BETTER. IT WAS GOOD ADVICE TO TRY TO FEED IT AND KEEP TRYING EVERY NIGHT. IF THEY EAT THEY NORMALLY STAY HEALTHY
  13. shrimp question?

HAWKFISH ARE DEFINATELY KNOWN TO HUNT SHRIMP ESPECIALLY IN SMALLER TANKS SO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT
  14. Anyone doing a hector or Rainfordi Goby?

I HAD A Rainfordi Goby IN ONE OF MY TANKS. I HAD HIM IN A 5.5G FOR AROUND 6 MONTHS AND HE DID GREAT. i HAD HIM BY HIMSELF SINCE THE TANK IS EVEN TOO SMALL FOR ONE OF THEM. i DON'T THINK THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A PROB HAVING ONE IN A 20g TANK. I HAD MINE EATING BRINE AND EVEN MARINE FLAKE AFTER 3 WEEKS. i ALSO THINK THAT HAVING THE PODS AS LIVE FOOD FROM THE FUGE WILL HELP HIM ACCLIMATIZE WELL!
  15. Hard and soft corals in the same nano

I HAVE KEPT HARD AND SOFT CORLAS TOGETHER. YOU SHOULD TRY AND KEEP THE LEATHERS AND MUSHROMMS AWAY FROM THE SPS BUT ALL IN ALL THEM BEING IN THE SAME TANK IS NOT A HUGE DEAL... WHAT SIZE TANK IS IT ?
