SurfOnH20 Posted October 11, 2005 There's got to be an easyier way to set it up, but it seems something good going to happen. Quote Link to comment
Zapatista Posted October 14, 2005 Izzue - yes, the pool pump will be a PanWorld 100PX-X It actually wasn't too bad...I just wanted everything to be removeable in case anthing goes wrong. Pro- I used flex PVC. Less 45s and 90s help improve flow and teh flex PVC was easy to work with Cause- the tank is a 40 gallon breeder...Closed Loop with OM supersquirt and Quite One 4000 return = no powerheads in tank = clean looking Babycakes - YES!! PVC fumes a plenty... Surf- there is definitely and easier way to do it, I just didn't want to take any shortcuts. Quote Link to comment
celebrityovernight Posted October 14, 2005 i'd imagine that it makes the back panel of the glass weaker with all the holes you put in... is the thing filled up w/ water yet? Quote Link to comment
Zapatista Posted October 14, 2005 It's acrylic, not glass...I dont think there will be any problem... Quote Link to comment
Zapatista Posted October 22, 2005 the front bowed slightly (1/2") but the back panel was a OK. Quote Link to comment
