DIY HOB FUGE

This is a pic of the fuge i made to hang on the back of my 28 bow. the two elbowa were designed originally to hang on the tank but i also had to build a self on the back of my stand to help the elbo at the top of the screen is capped off as the other one is where it feeds back to the tank. fed thru the pump then thru UV sterilizer then thru a couple baffles where a shove some media.

looks good. did you make that from scratch? if those are sponges in there you might wanna take them out...they will build up nitrate.

yes i built it from scratch and this has been up and running for about a year now and havent had any nitrates i put filter floss but change it once a week i thing what you are thinking is a sponge is some dead coral that came in my live rock i didnt like the look of dead coral so i put it in my fuge. i took the fuge off to change my blue background back to a black background and thought i would take a pic.
