I lik the shrooms.Is this tank very hard to take care of?

few drops of calcium and ph buffer every few weeks, other than that I just top it off when needed. I'll do a 1 pint water change every month or so. I just fill a few juggs with the leftover salt mixed from waterchanges on my main tank.
