Any ideas what this is? It was inside my rock, and came apart when I tried to pull it out.

Looks like it was a peanut worm. I had several come along with my live rock and some survived the cure. They are from what I read considered harmless in a reef.

Was a peanut worm..did you have to break the rock to get that shot? I have a couple of big ones in my tank, beneficial.
