Our Sebae at 2 weeks

Question? I have a Sebae as well in my 20 gallon tank and I noticed that whenever I turn the lights on it shrinks. Can it be that I have too much light for the Sebae. Im running 6.5 watts per gallon. I believe that they need high light, so I dont know what can be wrong with mine. As a matter of fact when I turn the lights off it looks nicer.
