Grundler Posted September 30, 2019 Top down of my 40 NUVO (15 months old). Natural morning light coming in from nearby windows. This is after Google Assistant brightened the photo. 1 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak Posted October 1, 2019 Does the natural light make algae grow like crazy? Like nuisance algae? Quote Link to comment
Grundler Posted October 1, 2019 Not like crazy. I scrub the front and side every day or so. I have an algae scrubber that helps a lot. 1 Quote Link to comment
Tamberav Posted October 1, 2019 Amazing! I had a macro/softy/clam tank in front of a window years ago and the corals seemed to love it! 2 Quote Link to comment
Tired Posted October 3, 2019 It looks gorgeous! So much color. I wonder if you could grow the corals off of mostly the natural light, with maybe a hint of blue to add a little pop. It looks reasonably bright in this photo. Quote Link to comment
