just a pic of some of my zoas and my green palythoas. The Palys have grown the most so far, over doubling in size in just 5-6 months!

Question- did you have plans to remove those from the frag (rock)? 

I'm new and haven't researched this enough.

They'll eventually grow over it and won't know it's there? 

I added corals similar to this today and just temp placed still on frag rock (no glue) 

I don't feel like I'm experienced enough to remove them yet. 

Any suggestions where to research or what to search to bring my knowledge up?

I just leave them on the plug and wait for it to grow over. Unless you bought a frag that is fairly new the coral has most likely started to grow on the plug and I don't like risking the coral's safety. As for just general knowledge I would look up how to care for the specific corals that you get. if you have any questions feel free to pm me and I'll try to help as best i can. I'm no expert as this is my first reef tank aswell.
