Got the inner frame of the hood built and tested the bulb and ballast. Looks good to me!

Good thing you didn't need the fire extinguisher. Although they will quench the blaze, they will ruin the electronics through corrosion.

 

Special computer-equipment safe extinguishers are available.

 

Me? I just keep a bottle of CO2 handy.
